Buckley to host Military Retiree Appreciation Day

6/6/2012 - BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The 460th Space Wing will host the 14th Annual Military Retiree Appreciation Day, Saturday, June 30, to honor military retirees from all branches of the service in Northern Colorado.
Retired service members and their families are invited to attend activities at the Leadership Development Center, building 1032, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dozens of support agencies, retiree and veterans groups will be on hand to provide information and answer questions.
Participating organizations include the Veterans Administration, the National Association for Uniformed Services, the Fleet Reserve Association, the Military Officers Association, the Air Force Sergeants Association, the Retired Enlisted Association, the United Veterans Council, the Arapahoe County Service Office, the Colorado State Department of Veterans Affairs, the Transition Assistance Advisor, the Tri Care/Tri West Healthcare Alliance, Compass Bank, Disabled American Veterans, Delta Dental and much more.
