Primary Care: For active-duty and enrolled family members, to schedule or cancel an appointment with the Primary Care Clinic, call 720-847-WELL (9355).

The clinic takes calls starting 7 a.m. for active duty and 7:30 a.m. for all others. Flying status members can make same-day appointments. Specialty care referrals require PCM visits. There is no sick call.

Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
First Wednesday of the month: 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Ambulance Service: The 460th Medical Group does not provide emergency ambulance service or have an emergency department. Call 911 for emergencies.

Emergency Care: Emergency care is to be used only to save life, limb, sight, and loss of body tissue or to prevent undue suffering. Service members and family members enrolled at the clinic in need of emergency care should go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

Urgent Care: If in need of Urgent Care during off-duty hours, reach the Nurse Advice Line (NAL) by calling at (720) 847-WELL (9355) option 2.

Reminder: If advised to receive emergency or urgent care, contact your PCM at 720-847-WELL (9355) the next duty day.

tabAbout the MTF
The 460th Medical Group provides medical services to the 460th Space Wing and Buckley AFB base partners.

The group provides the following patient services: family practice, aeromedical, pediatric, limited gynecological, immunization, general dentistry, physical therapy, optometry, life skills, substance abuse, family advocacy, laboratory and pharmacy. Services not offered at the clinic are provided through the TRICARE network.
VA Joint Venture Buckley Clinic

To access the clinic, from Colfax, after passing under the I-225 bridge, stay in the right lane to turn right onto Wheeling St.  After turning, continue north through the stop light and take the next right turn onto the gravel drive. A shuttle is available for transport to and from the clinic.
Allow an additional 20 minutes of travel time before your appointment.

The on-base Family Health team has relocated to BLDG 392 on Buckley AFB.  For more information, call the central appointment line at 720-847-9355 or visit the MDG Facebook page.

Patients can sign up on the UHC website to check the status of referrals or call the help line at 1-877-988-9378 with questions. If the help line is unable to resolve referral issues, call the Buckley Referral Management Center at 720-847-9355.
